Refund Policy

This policy covers monthly plans, 30-day passes, and credit top-ups purchased through Razorpay. Refunds are currently handled manually by support, case by case — there is no automatic self-service refund button in the product today.
Unused vs. consumed credits
Credits are consumed at the moment an action completes successfully (e.g. a Job Scan, a resume creation, a Prep Guide). If an action fails partway through, its credit is automatically refunded to your balance — that happens instantly and doesn't require contacting support. A refund request for a completed purchase is evaluated based on how much of the granted credit allowance remains unused; a plan/pass that has already been substantially used is less likely to be eligible for a full refund than one that hasn't been used at all.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged an incorrect amount, contact support with your payment reference (order id or payment id from Razorpay, shown in your payment confirmation) and we will investigate and correct it.
Failed payments
If a payment fails or is declined by your bank/payment method, no plan, pass, or credits are granted — entitlement is only ever granted after Razorpay confirms a successful, verified payment. A failed payment should not result in a charge; if you see a charge for a payment that the app shows as failed or incomplete, contact support with your payment reference.
Payment succeeded but access wasn't activated
Plan/pass/credit activation depends on our system receiving and verifying a payment confirmation from Razorpay, which can take a short time after checkout. If a payment completed on Razorpay's side but your account doesn't reflect the new plan, pass, or credits after a reasonable wait, do not pay again — contact support with your payment reference so we can confirm the payment and activate your entitlement manually.
How to request a refund
Email support (below) with: the email address on your account, the plan/pass/top-up you purchased, the approximate date, and your Razorpay payment/order reference if you have it.
