AI-generated output may be inaccurate

Careermaxxing generates analysis, scores, rewrites, roadmap content, and other output using AI models. This output can be inaccurate, generic, incomplete, or occasionally wrong. It is provided as a tool to assist you — not as professional career, legal, or hiring advice, and not as a guarantee of accuracy.

No guarantee of employment outcomes

Careermaxxing does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, or any specific career outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including the job market, employer decisions, and how you present yourself beyond what this tool generates.

Your responsibility to review generated content

You are solely responsible for reviewing any AI-generated resume, bullet point, headline, summary, roadmap step, or other content before using it — including verifying accuracy of dates, titles, numbers, and claims about your own experience. Do not submit generated content to an employer, recruiter, or platform without reading and confirming it yourself.

Acceptable use

Don't use Careermaxxing to upload content you don't have the right to use, to attempt to extract, abuse, or overload the underlying AI providers or infrastructure, to circumvent credit/entitlement limits, or to use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for accounts that abuse the service.

Account access

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Credits, passes & top-ups

Paid access is credit-based. Monthly plans and 30-day passes grant a pool of credits; top-ups add credits on top of your current balance. Paid access (plan/pass entitlement) is granted only once a payment is confirmed by our payment processor (Razorpay) — this can take a short time after checkout. Unused credits on a lapsed pass do not carry an ongoing service guarantee beyond what's described in our Refund Policy.

Service availability

Careermaxxing depends on third-party infrastructure (hosting, database, AI providers, payment processing) that can experience outages or rate limits outside our control. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability of any feature.

Intellectual property & your content

You retain ownership of the resume content and job description text you upload. By uploading it, you grant us the limited right to process and store it in order to provide the service to you (generate your analysis, matches, and other output). Careermaxxing retains ownership of the product itself, its templates, and its underlying technology.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Careermaxxing and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated content or any employment outcome (or lack thereof). Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or a nominal amount if you're on the free tier.

Termination & suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time; see the Refund Policy for how that interacts with any remaining paid access.

Changes to the service or these terms

We may update Careermaxxing's features and these terms over time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date.
